This is my favorite time of the year. These lists have the power to cure my seasonal depression. Here are my Top Ten Albums of 2022:​

Hellooooo mamas! Happy holidays. A warm welcome to any newcomers. There are no rules (e.g., Theresa listed Blonde as her favorite album of 2019, and then listed it as her 5th, 7th, and 9th favorite album too). In reality, however, this "no rules” business is in fact a lie. There are plenty of unspoken rules… So Sam, consider this your only warning. Anyways, I’m excited to learn what everyone has been listening to. Pretty good year I think.

Apologies for the delay — I couldn't decide if this year's submissions were supposed to be satire after seeing Ed's list of standup comedy, references to his 2006 acoustic man-crush, and more low-budget movie soundtracks. After seeing Sam's Instagram plug, however, I regained my faith in the system and am just getting in under the wire.
