The Friday Fresh Find goes to “Are We Alright Again” by Eels. I found this song during a regular YouTube rabbit hole I find myself going down from time to time. The music video is John Hamm sitting on his couch listening to this song with headphones on while burglars break into his house and steal everything in his apartment, and I think that’s a perfect representation of what this song has to offer. The inaugural Fresh Find goes to Sam Walwyn!

Have you ever wanted to know what it’s like to be swaddled by a beautiful British man on a cold winter night as you gallup across the snow-covered prairies of Saskatchewan on the back of a centaur? If your answer to that question is “yes,” then all you need to do is listen to Sam Walwyn, and allow yourself to be swept off your feet and carried away into the aforementioned, paradisiacal wet dream.

​If you answered “no” to the previous question, then you’re just straight out of luck. You’re going to be swaddled, and you’re going to like it. Though he only has two singles out currently (my favorite is "For You" - see below), keep an eye out for more. He’s special, and he’s going to be producing bangers for years to come.

After a stressful day at work, sometimes I just like to draw a bath, throw in a bath bomb, light some candles, and put "For You" on repeat. I'll leave it up to you to decide whether or not I've actually done this.
